The Create Visit List button generates a visit list by exporting the selected records in the database to a CSV file.

A Visit List allows you to specify certain the property details in a CSV spreadsheet you are aware of before surveying a property. When a property is selected, numerous other details about that property can also be assumed and recorded, according to the data you include in the visit list.

The Receive Data button collects the data for the questionnaire back from the Handheld or Simulator.

Review Data

The Review Data button prints a Verification Report in Microsoft Word that includes all of your survey details.

Schedule Visits

The Schedule Visits button allows you to organise your survey schedule by adding key dates to the Survey Diary.

Schedules can both be added and viewed from this button.

Letters to Tenants (example below) are also available at the click of a button. These letters have been preconfigured by PocketSurvey to  generate tenant specific letters (of selected records in the database) ready to send to tenants before surveying their property.

Progress
