The PS Data Doctor Data Area presents your data in an organised spreadsheet displaying all of your data in rows and columns.
Field Names are displayed at the top of the data area. By clicking on a field name you can sort the data by that field. The green arrow next to the column name indicates that the column has been sorted. The arrow is pointing downwards indicating that the values in the column will be sorted in ascending order i.e. A to Z. If the column name were clicked again the arrow would point upwards indicating that the rows were sorted in descending order i.e. Z to A.
Click the Form button to use the Data Form view.
The Data Form is a seperate window that makes the management of data in the Data Doctor highly efficient.
Data Records selected in the Data Doctor are instantly displayed on the Data Form without having to toggle between the two views.
The buttons available on the Data Form are all common PocketSurvey buttons.
Launches the Data Doctor Help File.
Closes the Data Form.
Deletes the current displayed record on the Data Form from the Data Doctor.
Inserts the current displayed data on the data form into your database. Data records are insert above the highlighted record in the Data Doctor.
Modifies the changes made to the highlighted record in the Data Doctor.
Click the Drilldown button on the main toolbar to use the Drilldown View.
