When you first save a questionnaire you are prompted by the Questionnaire Change Log to add a detailed description and an author.
As you edit your questionnaire it is useful to document who and what has been done by using the Questionnaire | Change Log menu option.
Using this menu you can be fully aware of what version of a survey you are working with via the date, by and description field.
The Revisions screen also documents any changes the support team have made to your survey after you have received your updated survey via the Receive from Support menu option.
