You can easily upgrade to higher editions at any time without any price penalty; you just pay the difference in price!

Note: PocketSurvey is a sophisticated survey design and data collection tool using local storage on PocketPCs or Windows PCs. Whilst it has excellent facilities for transmitting collected data back to base via the Internet, the data collection itself is not done with web pages -- it has much more power than the simple web based survey systems!

Mobile Licenses

Once you have the PS Survey Design system and the optional PS Data Manager, you can expand use of PocketSurvey within your organisation by simply adding additional handheld licenses. The cost of a handheld license depends on the number you buy at any one time.

Standard Edition

This is the entry-level edition of PocketSurvey. The standard edition is the ideal starting point if you want to design questionnaires and run surveys on a desktop, PocketPC, tablet or a Windows CE palmtop computer.

Professional Edition

The professional edition of PocketSurvey is for the professional survey developer who wants more control over the survey design process; it adds data output options, capabilities for repeated questions, provides a data repository.

Guide. This edition tends to be very popular with retail management organizations, real estate companies, property management and independent survey developers.

Professional-Plus Edition

The professional-plus edition of PocketSurvey takes the professional edition to the next stage by adding additional questionnaire design features such as calculations, conditional jumps and lookup of existing data.

Guide. This edition tends to be very popular with US/UK asset management organizations, real estate, financial institutions and professional bodies.

Enterprise Edition - Very Popular

This is everything you need! The data repository becomes a fully functional database with data cloning and sophisticated data exporting. Furthermore, the query-by-example report builder enables you to produce business critical reports in seconds.

PS Data Manager

Once synchronised with your PC, the captured data is immediately available for analysis by other software programs such as Excel, SPSS and SQL Server.

However, if you use the in-built PocketSurvey database (PS Data Manager), you get the advantages of a fast and powerful relational database such as SQL Server or MS Access without any programming at all! Every survey that you create automatically defines and creates a database. In turn the desktop database, or selected records, can be sent back to a handheld device for

Enterprise Plus Edition - Multi-user Site Licenses

The Enterprise Plus edition is the ultimate multi-user and multi-survey system. The Enterprise Plus edition is equivalent (in fact much better!) to other systems costing over 100 times more than our system and it does not lock you into a proprietary system with massive on-going charges. Results retrieval via mobile communications is enabled in the Enterprise Edition.
